The CERN Innovation Programme on Environmental Applications (CIPEA) is being launched to propel CERN’s innovation potential in environmental technologies. The CERN community is invited to contribute with ideas and suggestions about the possible use of CERN technologies, know-how and facilities for impactful environmental applications.
The Kick-Off event on March the 8th will be the opportunity to learn how to take part!
The meeting will feature introductions from HSE and IPT Management, and a presentation of the CIPEA initiative from the coordinator in the CERN Knowledge Transfer group. Our special guest, the head of the World Meteorological Organization Space Programme, will share an example of an international collaboration promoting innovation for climate applications.
The meeting will be held fully online and take place on zoom (limited to first 1000 attendees)
